SHIPPING POLICY

When orders are placed, please allow 1-2 days for processing.  We will ship according to the shipping method of your choice.  You will get a notification along with tracking number of your orders when they’re shipped.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of all items on this website contain personalized message to you from Cindy Starfall, all items therefore are final sale.  We are committed to ensure the high quality of our products.  If there is any manufacture defect you experience with our product, you can email us at customersupport@cindystarfall.net.  We will be gladly to exam the product and refund or exchange to you.
